CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm PDT.
We use the most effective carriers and tracking systems to deliver our orders.
Your tracking number is the one provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, flat rate prices and the seller’s location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the tracking number delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be eligible for a return, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of the delivery date stated in by the carrier’s tracking system.
- Your item must be unused and with original tags in place.
- The item must in the same condition that it was received and in the original packaging.
- If you need to return a eligible item, please proceed with the following steps:
- Email us at email@example.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Include reason for the return.
- Include order number.
- Include tracking number of the purchase.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We will email you an RMA form with an authorization number.
- Please pack and include the RMA authorization number provided in the return.
- Send the item back to the seller. DO NOT send your purchase to TrendCulprit, items should be sent back directly to the seller.
To return your product, you should mail your product directly to the seller.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable digital products.
- Downloadable music tracks.
- Downloadable music albums.
- Downloadable software products or video games.
- Some health and personal care items.
- Perishable goods such as food, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
- We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Opened, used or altered items.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, items on clearance, sale, discounted or with a promotion price cannot be refunded.
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and send your item to the seller.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If any of the following pertain to your order, please report the problem to TrendCulprit immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Undisclosed damage
- Incorrect or missing item
- Item not as described
- Item is not authentic
- If no claim is made within 3 days of delivery, payment will be automatically released to the seller. Once payment has been released, all sales are subject immediately to our Return Policy.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
REFUNDS (when applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- The second step should be to contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- The third step should be to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
